Our Shipping Policy Normally we send your items to the post office less than 24 hours after payment has been received. However, if you place your order on a Friday, we will send your items the following Monday. If your order exceeds 12.00 USD it will be sent by registered signed-for mail. We can provide a tracking number if needed and you can track your envelope on the Thailand Post website. Click here to track your envelope.
Important Information for customers in the USA Beginning in February 2012, all parcels sent via air mail to the USA are being individually scanned and/or inspected before loading them to the plane. This situation is causing delays in the delivery of your order and unfortunately escapes our control. Please allow for a few more days of delivery time.
