How to iron two-layer number kits

My friend Jose in Portugal sent me his 1998 Portugal shirt and asked me to iron on the name set of his favourite player, portuguese legend Luis Figo. The name set has two colors, so I had to prepare two layers of flock to reproduce it. The ironing procedure is very similar to the one for normal name kits (click here), but you have to do it twice.

First we carefully place and iron the background layer and
iron it for 15 seconds:

After letting the kit cool off for a few minutes, we peel away the white layer and place the second layer over the first one. Needless to say, we have to place it very carefully so
it is in the correct position.

Once we are satisfied with its placement, we iron it again for another 15 seconds
and peel it off after a few minutes.

Done...! The shirt is ready to go, the quality of the flock transfer really stands out, and Jose can impress his friends at his favourite bar...
